Returns

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days from the day you receive it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing by email to sales@premiervaping.com quoting your order number.

Any delivery costs are only refundable on items returned which are faulty. If you have changed your mind, delivery costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition. You as the customer would be responsible for return shipping costs. We would advise using a tracked/insured shipping service.

We are unable to offer refunds on any e-cigarettes which have been opened/used due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to offer refunds on E-Liquids as they are perishable goods with ‘use-by’ dates.
